Over 40 Years of Expertise

Paul Francis Patti, PhD., is a Clinical Psychologist and healthcare executive with over 40 years of experience with complex organizations, including United HealthCare/Optum, CIGNA, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). In his leadership roles with these organizations, Dr. Patti was responsible for P&L, supervised operations for large accounts, managed organizational growth, and was the point person for several regulatory audits.

Mentorships

Dr. Patti has participated for several years in Optum/United Healthcare’s Mentoring programming and a number of his former direct reports now hold leadership positions in various organizations. He has also been a consultant to small business- owners, with a focus on helping them achieve their organizational and personal growth goals, with a focus on time and resource management and the effective handling of personnel concerns.

Education

Dr. Patti attended Cornell University and Long Island University and is a licensed psychologist in Florida, New Jersey and New York.
